A journey through the countryside that runs along the great Yellow River passing through the towns of Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Tianjing, Mongin, visiting the martial arts schools of Shaoling, the town of Xian and climbing the sacred mountains of the Huashan. A journey in search of the countryside and the farmers following the watermelon plantations. Watermelon is one of the most important products in China as it contains pure liquid and sugary in large quantities able to quench thirst and to help with its fresh pulp, children, adults and the elderly to quench their thirst and to feed even in dry and hot areas of the great Chinese state. A very special journey for tourists who do not only visit the terracotta army of Xian or the temples of the valleys near the Yellow River or the big cities like Beijing but want to discover a rural China sometimes hidden and certainly little known.
