Even in winter an holiday to visit Garda Lake is a good idea to discover places, towns and Christmas markets in an unusual period of the year for this important summer tourist destination. Garda Lake is the largest lake in Italy and annually millions of tourists visit it. Wedged to the north in the Alps, it wedges south into the Po Valley for a total length of 52 kilometers. If in spring and summer the lakeside of the coastal towns are crowded to capacity, this service proposes a Christmas visit to the countries perhaps less known than Sirmione or Peschiera such as Salò, Limone, Riva del Garda to observe calmly and without crowding, the historic centers of small towns rich of history, architecture and ancient traditions as you discover walking through the stalls of Christmas markets. An off-season trip to enjoy the magic of the winter lake calmly.
