British Virgin Island on Google Maps
Also called the "Caribbean basin" because the archipelago, consisting of 40 islands of which 15 inhabited only, forms a large ellipse where the boats can safely sail, always finding a quiet bay sheltered from the wind. The only island outside the "basin" is Anegada at about 13 nautical miles from the island of Prickly Pear, the most eastern island of the archipelago. A journey for fans of the sea and enthusiasts for the sailboats and especially catamarans, the most used boat in the archipelago.
